The Italian striker was caught doing 90kmph by the police weeks after returning to Milan
Bad-boy Mario Balotelli will again be asking himself “why always me?” after having his license taken by Italian police for speeding.
The Italy forward returned to Milan on a season-long loan from Liverpool but has been caught by a speed camera just two weeks after resigning.
It was alleged that Balotelli was driving his Lamborghini at over 90kmph (56mph) in a 31mph speed limit, according to Giornale di Brescia.
Spoke too soon
This incident comes just a week after Milan CEO Adriano Galliani praised the striker as a changed man.
“He has an extraordinary attitude, he’s changed radically,” Galliani said.
“He’s the first to arrive at training and the last to leave.
“Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic often wants the players to have breakfast at 8.30am and he’s always there before eight.
“He’s probably realised that this is his last chance and I’m sure he won’t waste it.”
The Italian will be hoping this is not famous last words as he needs to focus on doing his talking on the football pitch.
