Chelsea and Arsenal will both be buoyed by the news that Mattia Destro has NOT signed a deal with AC Milan.
Rumours had circulated that the Italy striker, 23, had struck a deal to move to the San Siro, but AC Milan Vice-president, Adriano Galliani, has come out to rubbish the reports.
Speaking recently, he said, “We still cannot say that he is a Milan player, have some patience.”
Whether that means that a deal is imminent or that the move is off is unclear, but Chelsea and Arsenal will have to act fast if they hope to recruit the in-form forward before the Rossoneri.
