AS Roma have reportedly offered striker, Mattia Destro, to Arsenal for just £15million.
The 23-year-old has been a main-stay in the Roma first-team this season, playing 13 games and scoring four goals, but after a Summer of speculation, it seems that the Italian international may be set for a move away after all.
Arsenal and Chelsea were both linked with the striker over the Summer, but nothing materialised, however, The Gunners still remain interested and have got the chance to sign him for just £15m in the New Year.
According to reports, Roma have offered Destro to several European clubs and it’s understood that Arsenal are one of them, but it’s not clear whether Chelsea are in the frame or not.
Arsene Wenger is a big fan of the Italian, but after spending £16m on Danny Welbeck on Transfer Deadline Day, the move may not happen.
The Gunners have Welbeck, Olivier Giroud, Yaya Sanogo and Lukas Podolski to choose from as attacking options.
