Manchester City fullback Micah Richards is set for a surprise move to Italian Serie A side Fiorentina, reports the Daily Mail.
Richards, aged 26, has opted to move on a loan deal to Italy, having appeared to have turned down both Premier League sides, West Ham United and Sunderland.
The England fullback seems surplus to requirements at City, having only played two Premier League games for the Champions last season, with speculation over his future growing for sometime.
West Ham were also put off with the players wage demands, however a fresh move abroad looks to be on the cards, with the Tuscany based side keen to do a deal before the Italian window closes.
