Swansea City star Michu has admitted that he dreams of moving to a ‘big club’ in the future, but insists that he is currently very happy in Wales with The Swans.

The Spaniard has been a Premier League sensation since making his move from La Liga last Summer for just £2million, and in a recent interview, he has worried officials and fans of Swansea by admitting that he dreams of playing Champions League football.

He told Spanish newspaper Marca: ‘Every player dreams about playing in big teams, clubs who play in the Champions League and fight for titles, and I am no different.

‘But it is true that I feel very good here, the boss (Michael Laudrup) gives me a lot of confidence and I’m surrounded by Spaniards.

‘I am very pleased and very happy at Swansea but it is obvious that every player wants to grow up and see how far you can go.’

However, according to manager Michael Laudrup and chairman Huw Jenkins, it would take a bid of around £30million for them to sell their star.
