Mkhitaryan has not been at his best since moving to Dortmund in 2013 and that has played a part in Dortmund’s poor form this season as they are currently 14th in the Bundesliga table.
Arsenal’s priorities in January are to bring in a defender and a defensive midfielder, but reports in Italy are suggesting that Mkhitaryan could be leaving his current club which has Alerted Arsene Wenger who has admitted he would not pass up the opportunity to sign the right type of player.
Liverpool have also been linked to Mkhitaryan in the past and could respond should Arsenal make a bid for the 25-year-old winger.
