Big spending Monaco are set to announce the signing of Brazilian star Hulk.
With new Russian billionaire owner at Monaco, there are having a huge transfer window with an almost unlimited amount of funds.
According to many reports, the fee for Hulk is around £52m taking their spending over £100m for this transfer window with signings such as James Rodriguez, Joao Moutinho and Radamel Falcao.
There is no doubt that this signing will make Monaco a huge force in Ligue 1 this season, and if they are to reach European competition at the end of the upcoming season, they will be a threat to the big sides all around Europe.
