Southampton star, Nathaniel Clyne, is pushing through a move to Manchester United after telling the club he wants out.

The Saints have had a surprising season this year, challenging for a top-four spot despite selling crucial players last Summer, but with the season nearing it’s end, Ronald Koeman’s men are slowing falling away and that could result in them losing more stars.

Calum Chambers, Luke Shaw, Dejan Lovren, Rickie Lambert and Adam Lallana all left St Marys last Summer for Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool respectively, and it’s believed a couple more big names may leave at the end of this season.

Morgan Schneiderlin is still wanted by Arsenal, whilst Clyne is on Louis Van Gaal’s radar.

Clyne has a contract until next Summer at Southampton, and according to reports, the club want to offer him an extension worth ÂŁ45k-a-week, but it’s believed that the right-back has his heart set on a move to Old Trafford, a team he snubbed back in 2012.
