Chelsea Football Club midfielder Nemanja Matic is reportedly interested in joining up with his former boss Jose Mourinho
The Blues midfielder is said to be happy to make the switch to Manchester United, according to the Daily Mail.
Originally the reports said Jose was keen to get him over to Old Trafford, now reports are saying Matic is keen to see it happen.
The Serbian was signed by Mourinho from Benfica back in 2014 and was part of Antonio Conte’s Premier League winning side last season, however, he is said to now feel like now is the time to make the switch to another club as per reports.
The 28-year-old’s agent have remained in touch with the former Blues manager, Jose Mourinho, and Manchester United are looking for more options as they seek to boost up their squad with a defensive midfielder.
However the deal will have to be given the green light by Blues owner Roman Abramovic and whether the billionaire would be willing to sell Matic to a title rival and their former manager.
