Neymar could extinguish all talks of a Barcelona return by signing a new deal with Paris Saint-Germain.
Reputed transfer specialist, Fabrizio Romano claims that an agreement is in place over an extension.
PSG are keen to continue with their Brazilian talisman leading their offence up until June 2026. Neymar is set to be offered even better terms than he is under right now with his current deal ending in 2022.
There has been heavy speculation over his future for the entirety of his PSG career. The forward even put in a transfer request ahead of the 2019/20 campaign which was denied by the PSG chiefs. With Lionel Messi potentially leaving Barcelona, his eagerness to join the Cules once again might have died down.
Neymar is 28 now and in the prime of his career. The expectations he had of gaining more individual notoriety after leaving Barcelona has not panned out the way he had expected. But at PSG, he has made some ground recently, helping the Ligue 1 giants to a Champions League final last season.
Neymar is on the verge of signing a new contract with Paris Saint-Germain until June 2026, last details to be sorted soon – a ‘huge bonus’ will be included in the agreement if PSG will win the Champions League in the next years. 🇧🇷🇫🇷 #PSG
