No go for Jo!

Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, has insisted that Johan Djourou still has a big part to play at Arsenal despite falling down in the pecking order behind captain, Thomas Vermaelen, Laurent Koscielny and Per Mertesacker.

The 25-year-old, Swiss international, is yet to play a minute of this seasons campaign despite the injury to Laurent Koscielny. However, Wenger has recently come out saying that Johan has a future at the North London club and says that he “loves him” as a footballer.

The Arsenal manager said: ‘I didn’t let Djourou leave as I love him as a player, and he loves the club,’
