Pedro Rodriguez recently revealed that conversations with Jose Mourinho and Cesc Fabregas had persuaded him to swap FC Barcelona for Premier League champions Chelsea Football Club.
Pedro chose the Blues over League rivals Manchester United all this despite appearing to be set for a move to Old Trafford, It was Chelsea’s late intervention into the transfer saga that persuaded him to make the alternative move.
The 28-year-old star’s decision to reject any interest from United and Manchester City came after Chelsea manager Mourinho and Spanish international teammate Cesc Fabregas, who both contacted Pedro to tell him how much his career would be much better at Stamford Bridge.
