Paramedics were called to the home of Shinji Kagawa after the midfielder was said to have been suffering breathing problems after Man United’s loss to Everton, during this weeks Premier League weekday fixtures.
The player was substituted after 58 mintutes, and claims to have began to feel ill, shortly after.
Concerned neighbours called an ambulance for the player, and the ambulance spokesman said ‘We arrived at the scene within seven minutes to treat a person for breathing difficulties.’
Luckily after the £17m signing was treated he did not need hospital treatment.
A club source told the Sun: ‘He had a bit of a turn but he’s ok now.’
David Moyes admitted that Kagawa didn’t look good after the game, and will have to wait on his fitness.
‘Shinji’s had a sickness and was unwell. I’ll need to see how he is tomorrow, he wasn’t too good after the game.
‘It happens at every football club, not just this one.’
