Manchester United have reportedly agreed terms with FC Barcelona star Pedro over a five-year-deal.
The winger is thought to be on the verge of signing a five-year deal worth £3.5m a season.
It is reported that the move could be completed in the next few days with talks ongoing between the two clubs.
Pedro has a £22m release clause in his contract and the La Liga side are thought to be holding out for the full amount.
It seems that United are willing to pay the fee and beat a number of other Premier League sides to the signing.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool have both been linked with the Spaniard but Louis Van Gaal is a huge fan of the player and is keen to bring him to Old Trafford.

He has found first-team opportunities hard to come by over the last year after the arrival of Luis Suarez.
It seems the front three of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Suarez is one that won’t be broken.
Game-time will only get worse for Pedro at the Nou Camp in the New Year once Arda Turan arrives from Atletico Madrid, but it’s looking likely that he won’t be a Barca player come January.
