FC Barcelona star, Pedro, will cost either Arsenal or Liverpool £22million in the Summer.
The Spaniard has been strongly linked with a move away from the Nou Camp this season, and despite snubbing a chance to leave last Summer, it’s believed he will be on the move at the end of the campaign.
Pedro has fallen down the pecking order since the arrival of Luis Suarez, and he is now ready to quit the club in order to seek first-team football.
Arsenal and Liverpool have both been linked with the winger previously, and according to reports, it would take an offer of around £22million for him to leave.
