Spaniard admits it may be two years before he manages in England
Pep Guardiola has hinted that he could be waiting for the Arsenal job by confirmed it could be two more years until he officially manages in England.
The Spaniard has already announced that he’s leaving Bayern Munich at the end of the season, and he’s already confirmed that he will be moving to England in the near-future.
However, he has now stated that he might not be in the Premier League for next season, and it may be two years before he takes over an English club.
Due to these comments, he has now been linked with taking over from Arsene Wenger at Arsenal, meaning the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United would all miss out.
Guardiola Drops Arsenal Hint
Speaking about his future, Guardiola said:Â “When I sign a contract I will announce it immediately.
“Maybe it will be two years until I will coach a team in England.”
“I am very happy about my experience in Munich. I am working until my last second here.
“After that I will go home and wait to see if it is possible to move to England or not. If it’s not, then I won’t.”
