Reports in Spain claim striker has verbally agreed to join them
Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has verbally agreed to join Real Madrid in the summer, according to reports in Spain.
The Gabon international has been in red-hot form for Dortmund this season, becoming one of the most clinical forwards in European football, and his impressive performances have lead to speculation surrounding his future.
Reports have claimed Premier League trio Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United are all looking at signing the striker, but it’s now suggested that Real Madrid have won the race.
Verbal Agreement
The 26-year-old, who’s netted 30 goals already this season, has reportedly said yes to Madrid and has agreed to join them at the end of the season.
However, as of yet, no agreement is in place between Dortmund and Madrid.
Aubameyang won African Footballer of the Year back in January, ending the dominance of Yaya Toure, who had won it the previous four years.
