According to reports in Spain, Chelsea are prepared to outbid Manchester United to the signing of Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata

The Red Devils are said to have agreed a fee of between £62m and £64million to get Morata to United, However, Real Madrid being Real Madrid are happy to take the highest offer.

And Catalan paper Sport are claiming that the Blues are now ready to offer £66million for the 24-year-old to get ahead of United and prepare for Champions League with Diego Costa set to leave.

However, other reports are saying that Morata to United is a done deal.

Morata scored 20 goals and claimed six assists in 43 games for Madrid this season as they claimed the La Liga and Champions League titles.
