Mauricio Pochettino is set to miss the service of in-form star Heung Min Son.

The player is set to leave Tottenham Hotspur on international duty as he joins the South Korean national team in Dubai for the Asian Cup.

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is set to miss the service of the in-form star Heung Min Son as the South Korean ace is set to leave on international duty. The player will join the national team in Dubai for the Asian Cup starting next month. Son has been in brilliant form in recent times and has notched up five goals in the last three matches which includes a 2-6 win against Everton and a 5-0 drubbing of the Bournemouth side as Spurs have stormed into the second spot in the Premier League.

The Argentine gaffer expressed his disappointment to lose out on one of his prime weapons, “What can I say, Sonny is doing a fantastic job for the team,” he said, “After November he had a rest and was here trying to recover his best and I think he is doing fantastic. He started his fantastic run against Chelsea and until today he is doing a fantastic job for the team. I hope he can keep that level, but you know in a few weeks he is going to be away from Tottenham because he needs to go with his national team to Dubai to play the Asian Cup.”
