Lukas Podolski is set to pen a six month loan deal at Italian Serie A side Inter Milan.
Reports in Italy suggest that the Germany international is close to the Arsenal exit door, with Inter the most likely destination for the World Cup winner.
Podolski, aged 29, has only made seven appearances for the Gunners this season, and Inter representatives had lunch with their Arsenal counterparts over the weekend to discuss the deal further.
Turkish side Galatasaray are also keen, however Inter look to be the ideal destination.
