Trio want Real Madrid flop
Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal are all reportedly keen to sign Real Madrid midfielder Lucas Silva.
According to reports in Spain from AS, the Premier League trio are looking to secure the 22-year-old on a permanent transfer.
It is understood that Real boss Rafa Benitez is dissatisfied with the midfielder and is looking to offload him just seven months after his arrival.
Silva joined the Bernabeu outfit from boyhood club Cruzeiro for £9.7m after a good initial spell with the club under Carlo Ancelotti.
Playing time will be something of a rarity for the youngster, having to compete for a spot with Casemiro, Asier Illarramendi, Toni Kroos and Luka Modric.
Arsenal are considered to be the front runners after having closest to signing the Brazilian in the past.
It may also appear more appealing to try and displace Francis Coquelin, Mikel Arteta or Mathieu Flamini instead of the likes of Cesc Fabregas, Nemanja Matic, Bastian Schweinsteiger or Morgan Schneiderlin.
