Manager’s agent confirms move to England is likely
Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola is likely to end up in the Premier League ahead of next season, according to his agent.
The Spaniard has already announced that he will be leaving the Allianz Arena at the end of the current season, and will be replaced by former-Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti.
As for Guardiola, he is being strongly linked with making a move to England and managing in the Premier League, with Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea all keen to hire him.
City want Guardiola to replace Manuel Pellegrini and United are looking to replace Louis van Gaal, while Chelsea are looking for their next permanent manager following Jose Mourinho‘s dismissal.
Speaking about his client, Guardiola’s agent admitted that a move to England is very likely.
Premier Leauge’s A Possibility
‘He hasn’t said anything to me,’ Josep Maria Orobitg said.
‘In any case, it’s not something that we are considering at the moment.
‘The Premier League is a big possibility. Pep will make a decision in two or three months’ time.
‘Everything remains a possibility, including a sabbatical year.’
