His contributions made him the youngest player to both score and assist in a Champions League final, highlighting PSG’s successful shift towards nurturing young talent.
Achraf Hakimi opened the scoring in the 12th minute, capitalizing on a precise pass from Doué. Doué then doubled the lead eight minutes later with a deflected shot.
In the second half, he netted his second goal, followed by strikes from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and substitute Senny Mayulu, sealing the emphatic win.
Under the guidance of manager Luis Enrique, PSG completed a historic treble, having already clinched the Ligue 1 and Coupe de France titles.
Enrique, who previously achieved a treble with Barcelona in 2015, became only the second manager to accomplish this feat with two different clubs.
The victory was emotionally charged for Enrique, who paid tribute to his late daughter Xana, who passed away in 2019. Wearing a T-shirt featuring her name, Enrique celebrated the win, stating, “She is always with me, and this victory is for her.”
