French champions want Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois

Paris Saint-Germain are planning a double raid on Chelsea, according to reports, with Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois both on their radar.

The Ligue 1 champions are already planning for the summer transfer window and they are keen on doing business with Chelsea once again.

PSG landed David Luiz from the Blues a couple of seasons ago after agreeing to pay ÂŁ50million for the Brazilian centre-back, and they now want to try and lure Hazard and Courtois to Paris as well.

After being eliminated from the Champions League last week and with a top-four finish looking out of their reach, Chelsea officials fear a mass exodus of players in the summer, with some reports claiming as many as nine could leave the club.

Two players heavily linked with moves away are Hazard and Courtois.

Hazard and Courtois to PSG?

Both have been linked with moves to La Liga, with Hazard linked with Real Madrid and Courtois linked with a return to Atletico Madrid, a club where he spent three years on loan.

However, the duo are now wanted in France and PSG are ready to launch a formal double-bid in the hope they can persuade them to leave Stamford Bridge.

PSG are huge admirers of Hazard and earlier in the season the winger admitted he’d find it hard to say no to the Ligue 1 champions.

The Belgian has fallen out of favour with the Chelsea fans following an abysmal season, but his father has revealed that the club are forcing him to play through an injury.

As for Courtois, he’s had a up-and-down season, with some good performances, but also some below-par displays, with some high-profile errors leading to goals.

As of yet it’s not understood how much Laurent Blanc‘s side are ready to pay for the Blues duo, but they are both high on their transfer wishlist.
