Manchester City plot audacious move for Kylian Mbappe.

English giants will move for Kylian Mbappe if Paris Saint-Germain get pushed to cash in on the French star in case they fail to meet Financial Fair Play rules.

Newly crowned French champions PSG are being investigated by UEFA, European football’s governing body.

The French giants shocked the footballing by paying Barcelona ÂŁ198 million for Brazilian superstar Neymar last summer and then tying up a loan deal with Monaco for Mbappe which will see them pay ÂŁ167 million for the teenager sensation this season.

If the high-spending French outfit are found to have broken FFP regulations they face being booted out of the Champions League, as well as being hit with massive fines.

The 19-year-old has struck 19 times in all competitions, chipping in with a further 17 assists to impress in his debut season with PSG.

Pep Guardiola is a known admirer of Mbappe but PSG will look for alternative ways of settling their highly prized asset in the French capital.

Spanish giants Real Madrid and City’s local rivals Manchester United are also capable of attracting the French international and to play alongside Paul Pogba.
