Paris Saint-Germain are setting their eyes on signing Chelsea star N’Golo Kante in the summer.
According to a report in Le10Sport, the French club is trying to rope in the Chelsea midfielder after they weren’t able to acquire the services of Monaco’s Fabinho in the summer.
With finance not a problem, the club is aiming to rope in Kante as assistance to Thiago Motta in the midfield, and eventually, as his replacement when the Brazilian leaves the club.
‘French Player of the Year’, who has twice voted the best player in the Premier League, has been identified as one of the priorities for PSG.
If Lucas and Angel di Maria leave the club, replacements will soon have to be found, while a left-back is needed by the club as well.
The sporting director, Antero Henrique, believes that the Frenchmen could be a big help in solving their problems in the middle of the pitch.
