QPR are ready to pull of a shock transfer and sign France star forward Mathieu Valbuena.
Boss Harry Redknapp is ready to offer £7 million to sign the little gem, in what would be one of the signings of the summer.
Valbuena is currently playing his trade at French giants Marseille, but is seemingly not part of new manager Marcelo Bielsa’s plan this upcoming season.
After some stellar World Cup performances, it has come as a surprise that Marseille would let the attacking player go, with a whole host of clubs ready to snap-up the player.
QPR are ready to go head-to-head with many clubs, which include Dynamo Moscow and Monaco.
Valbuena is looking for a bumper contract however, with around £70,000 a week being favoured by the playermaker and a deal that will include protection against relegation.
