Chelsea and Manchester United have both shown interest in the Radamel Falcao. Although both clubs are interested in the striker Chelsea may be put in favour when Jose Mourinho was present at Columbia’s last match. The fact that Mourinho was at the game has really put into perspective at the likelihood of the transfer.
Colombia surprisingly beat the highly rated Belgium 2-0 with Falcao scoring the second 6 minutes into the second half.
Radamel Falcao said (About Mourinho in the crowd): “He came here to see good football played by good teams, a good spectacle. I don’t know if he was impressed by what he saw – I hope I made a good impression on him. The Premier League is one of the most important leagues in the world but i’m playing well and enjoying Monaco at the moment.”
Chelsea players Eden Hazard & Kevin De Bruyne were also playing and the Colombian international may have impressed them too.
