Liverpool have been dealt a huge blow with the news that Raheem Sterling WON’T be accepting a contract worth around £180k-a-week.
The 20-year-old has rejected several offers from Liverpool due to the weekly-wage not matching his demands, but this new offer certainly met what Sterling was asking for, yet he has still chosen to reject it.
The pacy winger has already snubbed a long-term deal worth £100k-a-week and told the club that he wanted to be one of their highest paid players, but according to reports, he has now rejected a deal worth nearly £200k-a-week.
With the latest contract snub, it’s likely that Sterling will leave Anfield in the near-future with several clubs all interested in signing the Englishman.
According to reports, Sterling would cost around £25million.
