Chelsea midfielder Ramires has admitted that a move elsewhere appeals to himself, amid talk of a move to either Real Madrid or Juventus this January.

The box-to-box player has had to suffer a bit-part role under Jose Mourinho this season, after impressive performances from the duo of Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic in the heart of Chelsea’s midfield.

Ramires’ future currently hangs in the balance, and now specualtion has continued to heat-up with the Brazilian himself openly admitting that he is flattered to be linked two of Europe’s biggest clubs.

Ramires said: “Juventus and Real Madrid are two of the biggest teams in the world.

“I’m flattered that my name has been linked to them, but I know nothing of any negotiations.

“I’m just thinking about Chelsea and doing my job here.”
