Real Madrid are set to be provided with the demands from Chelsea as they set their target on Eden Hazard.
The Blues’ talisman has been in contention to make a move to Santiago Bernabeu for quite some time.
Chelsea are looking to put their demands on the table as Real Madrid look to complete the deal to bring their talismanic playmaker Eden Hazard to the Spanish capital. According to the Express, the west London club are set to demand £152m and Croatian midfielder Mateo Kovacic in order to let the Belgian superstar join the Galacticos. Kovacic is currently on loan at the Premier League club and has reportedly grown fond of the club.
A host of reports earlier today indicated towards the fact that Hazard has already agreed to terms with Real Madrid regarding his departure from Stamford Bridge. However, the Blues are reportedly leaving no stones unturned to keep their iconic player at the Bridge and are ready to offer him a new contract with a renewed wage structure of £300,000-a-week.
The report also says that the Galacticos also have a number of other targets in order to strengthen their side and might not be looking to spend that much money on one particular player, even if he is of the calibre of Eden Hazard. Los Blancos are ready to add more firepower to their attack and are keen to bring the likes of Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi and Espanyol ace Mario Hermoso. As a result, spending so much on one player might not be on the books of the reigning European champions.
