Real Madrid Setting Aside Treasure Chest To Sign PSG Star In 2020

According to the latest reports, Real Madrid are setting aside funds to sign Kylian Mbappe next summer.

The Galacticos made a run for Mbappe’s teammate, Neymar this summer but never came close to convincing Paris Saint-Germain’s mind.

We witness the European giants spend close to €300m over the past few months, which would have made it all the more difficult to poach the world’s most expensive player in the same transfer window. Reports claim that Real are reserving upwards of €150m to offer Mbappe, once the 2019/20 campaign gets over.

AS have also stated that the Zinedine Zidane will have a further €285m to invest next season with the plan to recuperate most of the finances through shirt sales of such star athletes. The Frenchman’s second stint with Real has gone off to a poor start. Real have only won 2 games out of the 4 played in the La Liga so far and are 2 points behind their local rivals, Atletico Madrid in the standings.

Still, they are better off than their direct rival, Barcelona, who have only gathered 7 points out of the first 4 fixtures and are currently fifth in the table. It seems like both clubs are adapting to the drastic changes they made this summer with Real still struggling to manage with the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo from the team.
