The midfielder has been linked with a summer exit

Real Madrid midfielder Isco started this term positively and was a regular for the team. But since he returned form his injury, the 26 year has not always been assured of a starting spot under Zinedine Zidane and has only completed 90 minutes five times in La Liga this season.

The Spain International has been frustrated with the lack of regular game time and even took a swipe at the club manager during the International break back in March.

“At Real Madrid I don’t have the kind of confidence that a footballer needs; maybe the problem is me and it’s just the way it is with the amount of good footballers there are there. Of course, I want to show Zidane I can be counted on.”

The Spaniard has been heavily linked with a summer exit and it has been suggested that he is negotiating a move away from the capital after the World Cup in Russia.

Manchester has been linked with a move for him and according to reports Pep Guardiola is willing to pay £75 million to lure him away from Spain.

But Isco has moved to calm any talk over his future and believes he is at the right place to achieve his goals.

“I’m young and I’m not content with anything,” he told reporters at the presentation of his new fragrance quoted by Goal. “I want to keep aspiring to the maximum and I’m in the right place.”

Real Madrid will face Liverpool in the Champions League final on 26th May and isco will be hoping to play a part in the match.
