Everton forward Richarlison said that he is happy at Goodison Park but it would be a dream to join Real Madrid and Barcelona. The 21-year old has been very promising for Everton so far. He joined the club from Watford as their most expensive player. In three Premier League matches, he scored three goals. His performances led Brazil coach Tite to call him up to the national team for their friendlies against USA and El Salvador.

Richarlison came into the national team at the back of a red card against Bournemouth. He made his debut against USA by coming on as a substitute for Roberto Firmino. The 21-year old got his first start for Brazil against El Salvador. He scored a brace in an eventual 5-0 win for Brazil.

Spanish newspaper AS asked Richarlison if he wanted to join Real Madrid or Barcelona. The Everton player replied, “That leaves me in a complicated situation. They are two giants, the dream of any player. But I just got to Everton, I’m very happy. And in the end the next step will depend a lot on what you do here. So I hope to do a lot of good things in Everton, to win something relevant and to give back the confidence of the club and the fans. This is my great motivation right now.”

Richarlison will miss Everton’s next fixture against West Ham on Sunday due to the three-match he has to serve because of the red card against Bournemouth. However, he will be available for Everton’s match against Arsenal 10 days later.
