Rio Ferdinand predicts Chelsea will finish third in the Premier League this season
The Blues are already off to a bad start as they look to retain their Premier League title this season after their impressive triumph in Antonio Conte’s first campaign at the club last term.
The Blues were in top form last season as they won a record 30 EPL games on their journey towards taking the trophy for the second time in three years.
However, Contes boys did not have European football last term as they concentrated purely on domestic affairs.
And Manchester United legend Ferdinand is tipping the Blues to miss out on the title this season.
Ferdinand wrote on Instagram: “Third. Chelsea (not enough depth to win it with the Champions League as well this season).”
