Brendan Rodgers is targeting Norwich winger Nathan Redmond, but will need around £10 million to bring him to Anfield.
The Liverpool gaffer is waiting on a potential deal involving Oussama Assaidi, which may see the Moroccan cut short a second season-long loan deal at Stoke City.
The 26-year old is looking to swap the Britannia for Dubai after just six months, as Al-Ahli are ready to offer £2 million pounds for Assaidi.
He hasn’t made an impact at Anfield since a £2.4 million switch from Heerenveen in 2012 and is looking for pasteurs new.
Rodgers will use the £2 million towards his bid to bring Birmingham-born Redmond from Norwich, whereas Stoke manager Mark Hughes will want to fill Assaidi’s place.
Tottenham’s Aaron Lennon is heavily linked with a move to the Midlands.
