Cristiano Ronaldo has reacted to UEFA’s fine imposed on him.
The player has been fined by the Governing body of European football due to his wild celebration against Atletico Madrid.
Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has had his say on the fine imposed on him by UEFA owing to his wild celebration copying the Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone. The Portuguese forward scored a hat-trick to get his side over the line against the La Liga side in their Champions League matchup in the round of 16 and celebrated wildly after scoring the second goal which was an imitation of the Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone’s controversial “cojones” celebration from the first leg.
However, while asked about his reaction over the fine imposed on him, the Portuguese star looked a little surprised and just shrugged off the question saying “Normal”. It is a relief for the Bianconeri, though, that the player is not going to miss the crucial clash against Ajax in the quarter-final, the challenge that is next up for them in the Championship.
