Wales manager Ryan Giggs believes sacking Jose Mourinho won’t solve the problems for Manchester United.

The Portuguese manager’s future has been the subject of speculations following a string of dismal performances. United have failed to register a single win in the last four matches leaving Mourinho in a spot of bother.

Although the club hierarchy is believed to be not in the mood to get rid of the manager as of now but if the situations doesn’t change the scenario might get a bit complicated in near future.

The former United winger used to assist former Red Devils manager Louis van Gaal and recently took over his first permanent job with Wales.

A number of manager with the likes of Zinedine Zidane and Mauricio Pochettino are reportedly the frontrunners to succeed the former Chelsea manager at the Old Trafford.

Despite the ongoing suffocated atmosphere at the club, Giggs believes Mourinho shouldn’t be sacked as it might jeopardize the club’s ambitions.

“No. They’re going through a tough time at the moment.

“I said that last time, where do they go? Change now and you’ll be in the same position in a year or two years quite possibly.

“The problem of late has been forward planning. So just take stock, it’s a tough time, but my stance hasn’t changed.”

“I believe he should keep his job.”
