The players will be heavily monitored by a number of Premier League clubs with the view of making a bid in the summer.
With Arsenal known to be keen on signing Schneiderlin and Clyne attracting the interest of Manchester United and Liverpool.
The French midfielder currently earns £30,000 at the south coast club but he is set to have his wages doubled in a deal thought to last until 2017.
Meanwhile Clyne is also set to have wage doubling, leaving him on £50,000 a week in he signs.
Ronald Koeman’s side travel to league leaders Chelsea on Sunday, which will be a test of their top four credentials, with Liverpool, Spurs, United and Arsenal all battling for a place.
