Real Madrid still after Salah
Mohamed Salah has been in devastating form for Liverpool since he joined the club. Since his short unsuccessful spell in Chelsea nobody thought that he could have such an impact for the club this season.
The Egyptian has scored an impressive 38 goals this season with 28 coming in the Premier League and just need 4 more goals to break Cristiano Ronaldo’s record (31) of most goals scored in a Premier League season. He is also leading the race to win the golden boot. He also broke Luis Suarez’s record of most goals scored by a Liverpool player in a single season.

Reports over the weekend suggesting the Reds were in talks over a new £200,000-a-week contract for Salah were greeted with enthusiasm by by the club’s supporter, who will not want to lose another star name after the departures of Luis Suarez and Philippe Coutinho in recent years. It will be a huge boost for Liverpool as Klopp wants to build his team around him for the next season.
But Salah’s debut spectacular season could end in a disappointing way for Liverpool as player’s agent dismissed any new contract offer from the club. His tweets confirming neither he nor his client have been leaking stories to the newspapers-
“I’m considering calling out #FakeNews when it emanates from agencies that are supposed to be at least half decent.”
“We don’t discuss career plans ‘with friends’.”
Real Madrid are widely expected to make a move for the forward, with the Anfield club bracing themselves for another turbulent summer of transfer activity.
