Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos sends a nasty message to Liverpool fans.

Ramos reacts to claims he caused Salah’s injury.

Sergio Ramos has said that his clash with Egyptian forward, Mohamed Salah that resulted to the Liverpool forward’s shoulder injury is much publicized because he is a Real Madrid player.

Salah came off injured with a shoulder problem midway through the first half of the Champions League final clash between Liverpool and Real Madrid in Kiev.

Ramos has also been accused of causing Liverpool goalkeeper, Loris Karius’ disastrous mistakes for the opening goal.

It has emerged Karius may have suffered a concussion from the incident with Ramos.

Ramos nastily responds by saying:

“I see the play as it is. He grabbed my arm first and I fell to the other side, the injury happened to the other arm and they said that I gave him a judo hold.

“After the goalkeeper said that I dazed him with a clash with me. I am only missing Firmino saying that he got a cold because a drop of my sweat!”

“I spoke with Salah through messages, he was quite good.

“He could have played if he had got an injection for the second half, I have done it sometimes but when Ramos does something like this, it sticks a little bit more.

“I don’t know if it’s because you’re at Madrid for so long and win for so long that people look at it a different way.”

  1. Yes because heis a Real Madrid player he consistently gets away with dirty fouls that anyone else would be booked for. The ugly sude of football and power play favoring teams like RM. elbow to the head cannot be considered just an accident and the dragging of a player to ground is at least sanctionable. No doubt in latter no ontent to injure but would not have occurred without the foul

  2. I disagree, Ramos could have landed with both hands down like Salah, but he chose to hook Salah’s arm in his as he fell and then roll him into the ground shoulder & face first. What should have been an innocuous challenge turned ugly because he purposefully did that. As for Salah grabbing, he and Salah were doing that repeatedly, and a lot of players do that with Ramos because he *always* does it to them.

Ramos, as good as he is, is a dirty player. Real Madrid seeing winning as everything, even to the point of taking out key players. It’s not the first time they’ve tried or succeeded at this. They were being beaten on the pitch before this, and even without Salah, Liverpool still was more likely to win it, if Darius hadn’t have messed up twice. Ce la vie!
