Juventus, AC Milan and Inter Milan have entered the race to sign Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas.

Cesc Fabregas is on the radar of all of the above mentioned Italian sides, with some fans speculating that the Spanish midfielder has fallen somewhat out of favour with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte – making just 16 appearances in all competitions for the Premier League leaders.

Fabregas tends to appear only as a substitute for the Blues, despite usually having a positive impact when he is introduced – with N’Golo Kante and Nemanja Matic often getting the nod in the starting line up.

Fabregas has become a fan favorite with Chelsea fans since arriving from Barcelona, despite his links with London rivals Arsenal – where Fabregas was captain.

Since arriving at Chelsea Fabregas has found himself rising up the ranks in the catogory of most assists in the Premier League, finding himself now behind just Frank Lampard and Ryan Giggs – a remarkable achievement.

While some reports suggest that the midfield maestro is ready to call time on his Chelsea career, others suggest that Fabregas is more than happy to stay and fight for his spot at Stamford Bridge – rather than move his family away to another new country.

Despite only making five starts in the league, Fabregas has still been an outstanding impact-player for the Blues team by assisting five goals, which is more than any other Chelsea player this term, for this reason alone, it’s expected Antonio Conte will attempt to ward off any interest in taking Fabregas away from West London.

All three Italian clubs would have the financial capability to sign Fabregas, especially with the former Barcelona man approaching 30, an age that Chelsea notoriously have a one-year contract extension policy for, only giving players of 30 or above one year extensions season by season.

With so many clubs interested, it will be hard for Chelsea to ignore potential offers for Fabregas, but as mentioned before, Conte certainly won’t allow him to go unless absolutely necessary,
