‘He doesn’t want to play for us anymore’
Slaven Bilic has revealed that West Ham star Dimitri Payet no longer wants to play for the club.
The decision from Payet coincides with an already difficult season for the Hammers in the league, and how he has added to speculation linking him with leaving the club.
“We have said we don’t want to sell our best players but Payet does not want to play for us,” Bilic said. “We are not going to sell him.”
Payet joined West Ham from Marseille for £10.7m in June 2015, but could be worth as much as £35million if West Ham were eventually forced to sell.
