Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has said that he is sure Marcus Rashford will become a top number nine.

The Manchester United youngster scored a brilliant goal in the last match against Newcastle United in their 2-0 victory.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has said that he is sure of Marcus Rashford becoming a top number nine at the club. The Englishman ripped apart the Newcastle United defence with his sublime skills and classy footwork before scoring the second goal for his side as they sealed their fourth win on a trot under their new manager.

Speaking to the media after the last match, the former Manchester United striker said, “He gets kicked and he gets tackled, he goes for headers, he wins, he challenges, he runs – he is going to be a top, top number nine, definitely. But then again, we’ve got Rom, so sometimes he’ll play on the right, sometimes on the left, sometimes through the middle. He’ll get enough games.”

The Red Devils have looked to revive their poor form under their new manager and they have done that successfully so far, having dominated the opposition in all the four matches they have played under the tutelage of Solskjaer. Not only that, they have won every match on the last four occasions by at least two goals or more.
