Harry Kane will force his way out of Tottenham this summer.

The England captain is desperate to leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer with Manchester City showing the most interest for the 27-year old striker.

Kane missed out on training with Spurs for the second time as he is travelling to Florida with his family after his vacation in the Bahamas.

Former Spurs striker Dimitar Berbatov warned Kane that his transfer to Man City could go down to the wire on the Deadline Day.

Berbatov said to Betfair: “If he does leave in the next week or so, Kane could face Spurs in his first game for City.

“It would be very strange and difficult for the player. I am not convinced, though, that the deal is going to happen until the near end of the transfer window.

“I expect it will be left until the last possible moment. Having been through that in 2008, I don’t want it to be that way and I would like it if the deal to happen as soon as possible.

“On deadline day 2008, I was still in London and my agent went to meet Levy. I was so mentally exhausted from everything going on that I needed to sleep in the afternoon from all the emotion.

“Whilst I was taking a nap I dreamt I flew to Manchester then made my debut for United. I woke up with my agent calling. He said: ‘Wake up and get ready, we’re going on a plane to Manchester.’

“We got on the plane, I signed the contract with minutes to spare before the deadline and the rest is history.”
