James Maddison is on Tottenham Hotspur’s target list for the next summer.
The English midfielder has impressed in his spell at Leicester City after joining the Foxes last summer.
According to Mail Online, Leicester City midfielder James Maddison is red hot on the radar of Tottenham Hotspur for the next summer transfer window. The player has impressed a lot of football experts with his brilliant displays in the Premier League since joining the Foxes last summer. Speculations are rife that the Englishman will replace the Spurs midfield ace Christian Eriksen who has been linked with a move to Real Madrid for some time now.
The north London club have been in the lookout for a viable replacement for their midfield maverick Eriksen and as per the latest reports, the 22-year-old Leicester City midfielder fits the bill for Mauricio Pochettino’s men perfectly. The player has scored five goals and has also dished out four assists to show for his efforts since his arrival from Norwich City last summer at King Power Stadium.
Eriksen, on the other hand, has just over a year left on his contract at the north London club and there have reportedly been no talks between the club and the player over a new contract.
