Tottenham Hotspur have been quite this transfer market, but not anymore.
Spurs have opened talks to sign Lucas Moura from Paris Saint-Germain. The Brazilian winger had been linked with a move to Manchester United this month. But Jose Mournho’s side are now on the brink of completing a surprise deal for Alexis Sanchez.
PSG want to sell Lucas this month with the player already rejecting the chance to join the Chinese Super League. Spurs are in talks with the Ligue 1 leaders over a potential deal for the 25-year-old.

The report claims that Daniel Levy wants Lucas to join on a loan deal but PSG are only interested in selling the player.
Lucas’ asking price is reportedly €40m but Spurs will be aiming for a significantly cheaper deal for a player whose contract expires next year.
Lucas has played just 72 minutes of football in Ligue 1 so far.
