With a number of top English clubs looking at Bakkali, the Belgian winger looks set to join the Premier league very soon after refusing to negotiate with PSV.
Mark Hughes is said to have made a formal bid for the 18 year-old in time for the January transfer window. Chelsea on the other hand are willing to match Stoke’s bid but could have an advantage with the club top of the table and they are willing to let the winger stay at PSV until the end of the season.
