Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is set to splash £36 million on two surprise strikers in the summer transfer window.
Mourinho has targetted West Ham United striker Enner Valencia, who has recently impressed for both club and country. Chelsea could tempt their London rivals into a sale worth £21 million.
However, the real shock rumour is that Mourinho is targetting 22-year old forward Callum Wilson of Bournemouth. His great form has contributed to the Cherries being top of the Championship and pushing for promotion to the Premier League.
The Blues are expecting Loic Remy to leave due to lack of game time, despite only joining at the beginning of this season from Queen’s Park Rangers.
Also, Didier Drogba may be retiring at the end of his current one-year deal at Stamford Bridge. He admitted he would perhaps like to do another season, but may choose to take up a coaching role in West London instead.
