Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero is delighted with his current goalscoring form, but he has admitted that the club’s results must come first.
The Argentine striker has just won Barclays Player of the Month for October after scoring four goals in three games, and that impressive month has seen him join Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge as the league’s top goalscorer on eight goals.
However, the striker admitted that he would rather see City win than himself score goals during a defeat.
Aguero told City TV: “I am very happy (with my tally) not only for the goals, but for the victories.
“I think most of my goals have helped to win the three points and that’s the most important thing for me.”
